HELPING FAMILIES & CAREGIVERS: STANDING BY YOUR SIDE SO YOU CAN STAY BY THEIRS
You are not alone.
Are you caring for someone you love? Feeling isolated or burnt out as a caregiver? Interested in learning from other caregivers? Do you experience frustration or guilt and need a safe space to share?
We know that caring for people with FASD is rewarding and vital, and putting another person’s needs before your own on a daily basis can be challenging and down-right exhausting. We have a variety of ways to help caregivers find balance and support.
We support families and caregivers in collaboration with our region service partners. Regular support groups are available where caregivers come together to share their experiences and connect with people who understand in a judgement-free space.
