In order to support communities during the COVID-19 crisis and beyond, service provides can access a new course developed by ACE’s Coalition in Guelph and Wellington County. The course is free of charge and provides self-directed ACEs and Resilience Learning Modules that are intended for human service professionals (including but not limited to, Primary Care Providers, Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Social Workers, Outreach Workers and Pharmacists) interested in learning more about Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and Resilience. To register, please go here: https://acescoalition.ca/get-trained/.
In addition, providers can apply ACEs and Resilience Champion Toolkit into their practice in order to support their colleagues and community partners to take meaningful action to address adverse childhood experiences and build resilience.
