Assessment and diagnosis is for individuals age 7 years and older who are experiencing difficulties that are suspected to be a result of prenatal exposure to alcohol.

Providing Support Across the Lifespan
The Central Alberta FASD Network is a non-profit organization offering community based, cost-free services to persons impacted by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) across the lifespan, and their caregivers. We are part of a system wide FASD Network model that has made Alberta a leader in service delivery, both in Canada and internationally.
We offer education and prevention, outreach, assessment and diagnosis, and awareness and advocacy. All programs within the Central Alberta FASD Network are client-led and voluntary. We understand the challenges faced by those living with FASD can be overwhelming, both emotionally and financially, which is why we strive to make sure that all our services and programs are accessible.
Community Outreach and Support
The Central Alberta FASD Networks Community Outreach and Support program is for children, youth, adults, families, and caregivers impacted by FASD who require varying levels of support.
Restorative Justice Program
The Restorative Justice Program is a voluntary program for those impacted by FASD who are needing support and advocacy with RCMP, legal and other professionals within the Criminal Justice System.
Education and Prevention
We are pleased to offer education and awareness opportunities as well as resources to individuals and groups in a variety of delivery methods both in person and online.
Parent and Child Assistance Program (PCAP)
The Parent and Child Assistance Program (PCAP) is a three-year voluntary program that supports individuals with reducing and or stopping alcohol and drug use during and after pregnancy.
WRaP 2.0: FASD Coaching Partnership Project
FASD Coaching Partnership Project is a province wide school-based support to school staff that provides at-the-elbow assistance and professional development to enhance their capacity to meet the education needs of students with FASD (Early Childhood Services – Grade 12).
Groups
The Central Alberta FASD Network is continuously working to build opportunities for individuals within our FASD community to enhance social and life skills and strategies that encourages interdependence.
